Do residents have their own apartments?
Yes. Everyone has a private apartment with a full kitchen and their own front door, plus the community's amenities and services.
Are meals included in the rent?
Meals aren't in the base rent, but breakfast, lunch and dinner are always available. Pay per meal, choose a meal plan, or get a full meal pass.
What does the monthly rent cover?
Your apartment, weekly housekeeping, maintenance, cable TV, the fitness area, laundry rooms, the on-site salon, transportation and a staff team on site around the clock. Meals and some extra services are separate.
Can family visit?
Of course. Family and guests are always welcome to visit, join a meal and come to community events.
What happens on a tour?
You'll meet our team, see the apartments and common spaces, and get your questions answered. It's relaxed and there's no pressure.
